If the dog has been found crippled from Dyspasia, the dog will be replaced or credit given on another pup upon written verification from ofa or pinn hip and the X-ray's must be sent to "Hernandez Bigshow Kennel's". The owner has THREE OPITIONS: Putting the animal down, Keeping the animal while spaying or neutering it, or Returning the animal and will get the first avalible pup and will get the same quality and sex of your bulldog. IN ORDER TO GET YOUR REPLACEMENT PUP OR APPLY CREDIT TO ANOTHER DOG. All opitions you must RETURN THE REG. PAPER BACK TO US. ALL SHIPPING ON RETURNS WILL BE A OWNERS EXPENSE, AND PROOF OF EUTHANASIA, SPAY OR PROOF OF NEUTER FROM YOUR VET. This Contract is Only Dogs or Pups purchased for $500.00 and up. Deposite and Shipping A Non-Refundable $200.00 Deposite is required to hold a puppy from a breeding of your chose. The Pup has to be Paid in Full; aswell as the cost of shipping, crate, and Health certifiate by the age of 6 weeks. If Litter, or not sex of a pup you wanted or Herphaps the female didnt take. Your deposite will be applied to the next avialible litter of your chose. All Shipping is paid by the Purchaser.
